Free Meditation Course - Starts in 11 Days!

Going on retreat in the forest helps to quiet the mind and is an opportunity to build and develop the mind power. 

Make the commitment to stay for a couple of days to provide the appropriate time to develop the mind power. 

Start with a half  hour of walking and then follow with a half hour of sitting meditation. 

Do about four to five meditation sessions each day.
