Luangphor Viriyang Sirintharo likes to share his experiences in the jungle.  When meditating he would hear many distracting sounds and the most frightening were the roars from the tigers. 

When practicing mindfulness it was hard to stay mindful. 

The forest and jungle is a good place to develop your mind power.
